'SEA BREEZE' is a newly renovated plantation inspired beach house very close to the beach. This home has a great open living space with 18-foot ceilings, wall to wall windows and beautiful decorations. The windows provide lots of natural lighting and the floor to ceiling dual sided gas fireplace keeps the family warm on winter nights. There is a huge flat screen TV on either side of the fireplace providing entertainment whether you're in the living room or cooking in the kitchen.
The open kitchen is an entertainer’s dream with a gas stove and Wolf stainless steel appliances, separate ice maker and warming drawer and stone counter tops. There is a wet bar off the kitchen with an additional sink and extra counter space. A separate dining room provides a formal seating area or pull up to a casual bar stool in the kitchen.
Relax on the back deck in the shade or take a dip in the heat-able mineral springs pool on the first floor. Or take the spiral stairs up to the roof top.
Pool cn be heated for a fee.

We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season. Linen Fee $225. Taxes and fees are 16%. We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Damage Deposit Fee is $69. $500 refundable damage deposit held on a MC or Visa. $250 Pet Fee.
