Ix-Puh house is located mid-island only 5 min from downtown and the white sands and turquoise waters of North Beach. This brand new building is a touch of luxury surrounded by an authentic Mexican community on one of the friendliest Islands in all of the Carribean. The house is modern and spacious with two bedroom with King Size bed, AC, fan, flat screen TV with cable, High speed internet, full tile bathrooms, double sink in master bedroom, separate kitchen, dining room for six people, living room area and swimming pool on patio.

When you arrive to Ultramar port in Cancun, you must call the owner.

Fresh linen and towels are provided when you arrived, cleaning fee $20usd for your desired dates. Soap and shampoo are supplied. 

The island is only a short 15 minute Ferry ride from Cancun, the ferry rides every 30 minutes from Cancun to Isla Mujeres.

Leisure Activities: deepsea fishing, pier fishing, beach combing, hiking, rafting, snorkeling, wale watching (July-September), surf fishing, paddle boating, diving.

Attractions: ATM/Bank, marina, playground, bay/sound, ecotourism, churches, water parks, botanical garden, close to Cancun City.

• December 1 2013- December 14 2013 rates: $800 week; minimun stay is 1 week.

• December 15 2013 - January 14 2014 rates: $880 week; minimun stay is 1 week.
• January 15 2014 - April 15, 2014  rates: $800 week, minimum stay is 1 week.

• April 16- Agost 31, 2014 rates: $700 week;

• September 1- November 30 2014 rates: $620  week, minimun stay is 1 week.

• 50% is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit can be paid by Pay-Pal without Pay-Pal fee.

• The balance due must be deposit 10 days prior your arrival. Please keep in mind the deposit is non refundable.
