Island View Retreat located on the 7MM provides a panoramic view of
the Main Channel of Lake of the Ozarks. This 2,100 square foot
Lakefront home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, with quality queen
sized beds and adjoining bathrooms to each. The master suite, with
it's private bathroom, has a bank of windows which includes 2 sets of
sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with a magnificent view
of the sunrise over the Lake. It is adjacent to the upper level
living room with a cable TV. There is also a second bedroom and
bathroom plus laundry facilities on this level. The Lake level has
a well equiped kitchen, a spacious family room, dining room, a third
bedroom and bathroom. There is outdoor access to a large shaded
deck with plenty of seating where you can have a barbeque, relax in
the hot tub or just enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake. NO
SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking may be enjoyed on the deck or outside the
home only.

This home is air conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen
with an electric range, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker,
toaster, microwave, portable dishwasher, pots, pans, and dishes for
a service of 8. There are 3 televisions all with cable TV, 2 DVD
players, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, a telephone for local calls
(calling card accessible for long distance). There is a gas grill,
two patio sets and a hot tub. The home includes bedding, bathtowels,
and kitchen towels. Guests will need to bring their own beach
towels, food, beverage and personal care items. There is also
additional parking directly across the street for boat trailers or
additional vehicles. There is a large dock with a large swim platform
and it has been said "some of the best crappie fishing in the cove".
Please remember that life jackets are required for all children under
12.

This home provides a panoramic view of the lake looking to the east
from both the upper and lower decks for the beautiful "Lake of the
Ozarks" sunrises. Enjoy our dock for fishing and swimming. You are
within minutes of the only movie theater on the West side of the
Lake, an 18 hole golf course, a number of restaurants and grocery
stores. A boat ramp is only minutes from the our front door at Mill
Stone Lodge. (Fee may be required.) The ever popular Horny Toad Cove
is directly across from the home on the east side of the Lake where
you can enjoy live music and great food. There is also a mini-mart
at "The Toad" for your needs.

Vacation Rental Rates - Minimum 3 night stay is required.
Two night stays are available, excluding holidays, but must be used
within 10 days of booking and be paid in full at time of reservation.
Off Season (Labor Day to April).......$150/night
In Season (May - June)................$230/night
Peak Season (July to Labor Day).......$275/night
Pet Fee.............................. $10 per pet per night.
Full week stays get one weekday free!!
15% off for weekday stays-This means that you arrive on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and leave by Friday. Holidays,
Fridays,Weekends and Off Season stays excluded from 15% discount.
Rates based on a 6 person occupancy with a maximum of 8 total. The
rate for guests number 7 and 8 will be $10 per person per night.
