Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, bright and cheery house, located on a peaceful, 
residential street,  
is perfect for any size family or large group. Ample parking  
accommodates 8 to 10 cars. A five minute walk will have you sitting  
on the beach, basking in the sun! Less than a 10 minute drive will  
have you at Barefoot Landing enjoying the many unique shops and  
restaurants. Enjoy a day at our screened enclosed pool. What a  
perfect way to relieve the stress! 
 
With a weekly rental you will get use of our new Golf Cart. It is a 
fun way to take trips around the neighborhood, quick trips to the 
store and cart all that stuff to the beach!  This is one of the new 
street legal low speed vehicles.  Great fun for the whole family! 
 
There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen beds. One bedroom has a single 
double, the fourth bedroom is on the first floor with a double and a 
twin - perfect for kids!  Each bedroom has it's own bathroom for privacy!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gas fireplace, Bamboo wood floors throughout and marble floors in all  
bathrooms. Air conditioning, cable HDTV, high speed internet access,  
VCR, Stereo, TV/DVD in each bedroom. This kitchen has it all! Granite  
counter tops, breakfast bar, Advantium microwave, disposal,  
refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, mixer, blender. Central vac,  
laundry room with washer/dryer, all linens (sheets and bath towels) 
provided. Screened in pool, screened in upper deck, covered parking,  
outside shower. Sorry, no inside smoking. Renters must be  
at least 25 years of age. A $200 cleaning fee will be added for all  
rentals.

shopping for everyone!
