Beautiful Bayfront Condo With Great Water Views
Brand, new condominium in Sunset Bay is professionally decorated and has a relaxing, spa-like feel. It has an open layout in the main living area with a granite island with counter stools in the kitchen. You can see the bay from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the Master Bedroom. There is a partial water view from the room with the trundle bed.
Come & stay in this unit that feels like an upscale hotel with all the comforts of home. There are two LCD TVs - one in the living room with a DVD/VCR Combo and one in the Master Bedroom with a built-in DVD player. We have Verizon DSL Internet service through a wireless router (WiFi). The kitchen has granite countertops & brand new appliances. There is a wall mounted gel fuel fireplace and a great deck with a spectacular bay view. There are sliding doors to the deck from the living room and the Master Bedroom. A few steps down from the deck is the marina, which has breathtaking sunset views!
