The first floor has a bedroom (queen) and private bath/shower. The second floor has a great room/dining area, stainless/granite kitchen, and bedroom (queen and private bath/shower). The third floor has two futons, double bed, private bath/shower, tv/dvd, and sitting area. The home has a large court level patio with dining furniture and a 3rd level deck with teak patio furniture and ocean views. Parking in garage for SUV and medium size car on driveway apron.
