This home is conveniently located within walking distance to golfing, shopping, tennis, fitness center, pools, restaurants, full service marina, jogging trail, and only steps to your own private beach. 

From the moment you arrive at this professionally landscaped property, you will feel the weight of the world lift off of your shoulders! This home was built as a permanent residence with all the upgrades.

-Sit on a rocking chair on the front porch and listen to ocean's roar! Feel the ocean breeze and smell the sea!

-A fully stocked gourmet kitchen will delight even the beginning cook. The large granite topped island will comfortably seat 5 and the dining area has plenty of room for 6... or step outside onto a 24x16 screened in porch with another available seating for 6.

-The den located off kitchen area has a homey feeling with a large flat screen hdtv with plenty of seating for viewing tv, playing charades, or just hanging out after a wonderful day at the beach.

-The main floor boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, all beautifully decorated .

-The private,spacious master suite is upstairs,with its own 24 x 16 deck overlooking the canal. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in your own private master sitting room, with its own morning bar! A private porch overlooks the ocean side of the house.

-A separate, private suite on the terrace level has 3 queen beds and a full bath, and is perfect for a complete family, teenagers, or children.  This is one of only a few homes on Fripp Island with a finished ground level suite!

-Stepping outside on a deck that runs the width of the home, you will overlook the manicured, spacious lawn, while watching dolphis plan in the canal.  There is plenty of room for family gatherings while playing cornhole, throwing the football, or just relaxing.

-Enjoy roasting marshmallows or oysters under the stars around the custom-built firepit.

-Fish and crab off your private dock, day or night...dubbed as the "best fishing hole on Fripp"...enjoy the sunset off your private dock with seating for the whole family!  Dock has electricity, fish cleaning station, running water, and lights for the nighttime fishing enthusiast.

-Just less than 100 steps away, you will be on the most private part of Fripp Island beach.
