Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful waterfront home is located within walking distance to 
The Esplanade offering Marco's newest up-scale shopping and dining 
experience including Starbucks, Cold Stone ice cream, luxury salon,
and waterfront ampitheater.  Conviently located this home is also a 
short walk (5 blocks) to Tigertail Beach.  Tigertail offers 
playground equipment for the children, full service restaurant, 
rental kayaks, water bikes, and of course the white sandy beaches of 
Marco.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This waterfront home is located on beautiful Clam bay.  Views of the 
pool and the bay can be seen from every room with sliders wrapping 
around the house.  A heated pool,spa and screened private lanai make a
perfect setting for dinner, entertaining, or just relaxing by the 
pool.  The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The master suite 
with a king bed provides a view of the bay with sliders that open 
onto the lanai and pool.  One guest room with twin beds overlooks the 
bay.  The 2nd guest room has a queen bed.  Guests share a full bath 
with tub and shower.  The open floor plan allows the living room, 
kitchen, and dining area great views of Clam Bay.  A computer with 
high speed internet is provided for your use and enjoyment.  Game 
cube nintendo with games for the kids.  A private dock allows you to 
try your hand at fishing with poles and equipment provided.

Activities and Attractions

Movie theater, boating, fishing, great shelling, bicycling, golf, 
swimming, airboat rides nearby, sightseeing, many great restaurants 
and shops, and of course the beach is only blocks away.

Low Season: April 27 - December 20  1250.00 per week
High Season December 21 - April 26  2300.00 per week
$500.00 refundalbe security deposit
9% Florida state tax additional
Extra weeks and monthly rental discounted
Generally book Saturday to Saturday
Cleaning fee included in rental
