Shore Thang is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath GULF-FRONT unit in beautiful Barrier Dunes, just outside the state park at the northern tip of Cape San Blas.  This pet-friendly townhome is comfortable and a wonderful floor plan for groups from couples to families! 

LOWER FLOOR FEATURES:  Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and a large main deck with patio furniture and a gas grill!  Tile floors for easy care when coming in from the beach!

• LIVING ROOM --  Colorful, comfortable and coastal chic!  This wonderful room features ample and comfortable seating, an amore with TV and DVD player.   Free high-speed internet via wireless router.

• DINING AREA --  Family-sized table with six chairs for comfortable dining.  Additional seating for three provided with barstools at the kitchen countertop .

• KITCHEN -- Fully stocked kitchen with just about anything we think you'll need during your stay.  Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more!  We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities. 

• MAIN DECK -- Wonderful deck with amazing gulf and beach views.   Patio table and four chairs provide surfside seating for meal times or a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the end of a day at the beach.  Gas grill with backup propane tank is also provided.  

SECOND FLOOR FEATURES:  The second floor of this unit is where you'll find two bedrooms with their own private baths!   Gulf views from the queen bedroom balcony and sunrise views from the twin bedroom's balcony.  The laundry closet is also on this level, with full-sized washer and dryer.

• BEDROOM NO. 1 -- Queen-sized bed with colorful beach decor and gulf views and surf sounds.  Private bath with shower, TV and DVD player.

• BEDROOM NO. 1 DECK -- Features patio furniture and has a fabulous gulf view.  Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the peace and quiet of your private balcony.

• BEDROOM NO. 2 -- With twin beds, this bedroom offers versatility for your sleeping arrangements when traveling in larger groups.  This room has a ceiling fan and telephone.  This bedroom also has a private, full bath with tub/shower combination, TV.

• BEDROOM NO. 2 DECK -- Facing to the east, this balcony offers sunrise views for the early riser. 

• LAUNDRY CLOSET -- On this floor, you'll find our laundry facilities as well.  Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  We strive to supply you with starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

THIRD FLOOR FEATURES: 

• BEDROOM NO. 3, OUR KING MASTER SUITE -- Fabulous Master Suite with king-sized bed is a wonderful place to relax after a day of fun and sun.  Television, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. 

• KING MASTER DECK -- Furnished Deck overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico.  Relax in peaceful serenity and watch the sunset from your private front-row seat.  Also a wonderful place to begin the day with your morning coffee, the seagulls and gulf wave sounds.

• MASTER BATH -- His and Hers vanities with sinks are featured in the master bath.  Also enjoy a separate shower and garden tub.
