This property has a matching unit for larger parties.  The private back yards can be opened up and shared.  Each unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 in beds, plus 2 on the queen sofabed in the living room.  When combined, the capacity is doubled.  Unit A and Unit B are identical, except that Unit B does not have a spa and rents for $200 less per week.  Photos of both units are shown.  Pricing and write-up quoted is for Unit A with the spa.  Email for more photos.

Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-10, has Central Air Conditioning (most Dana Point rentals do not).   The private landscaped backyard has a large beautiful state-of-the-art spa.

This property has been remodeled with new kitchens with granite counters, travertine and laminate wood floors (carpet in the master).  There are three bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a California King sized bed.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed.  Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.  Plus a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.  Well behaved pets are allowed, but if your dog lifts his leg indoors, please leave him at home - you will be held responsible for your dog's bad behavior.

Features a flat panel LCD TV in the living room with cable channels and a DVR, TV with ROKU box, DVD and Video (no cable) in master, internet with a desktop computer for your use, secure WIFI connection, fireplace, laundry room off the kitchen with washer/dryer, parking for 2 cars in the driveway, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware.

Private, landscaped backyard has a beautiful, large, state-of-the-art spa.  A large gas BBQ is provided as well.

FREE USE OF OUR TWO-PERSON KAYAK located in the Dana Point Marina is included with this vacation property rental.  

We include a State BEACH PARKING PASS for your use while visiting in each unit, saving you $15 parking fee each time your visit Doheny State Beach (just down the hill) or Crystal Cove, or a number of other State Beaches.

If you're unfamiliar with Dana Point, we're sandwiched between romantic Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and historic San Juan Capistrano (3 miles in each of three different directions).  We're only a mile off the 5 freeway with super easy freeway access, so it's easy to get to Southern California Attractions in Los Angeles or San Diego.

Dana Point is easy to access, but not too many people know about it!

  Holidays are booked at the June  summer rates of $1800/week. 

Extra days over a week will be prorated at the lower prorated daily rate.  Stays of 14+ days receive a 10% discount.
