The house is on 2 floors. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a garden
overlooking the sea. It a small and very charming house with simple, but sophisticated
furnishing. A large fireplace heats the kitchen and living room areas, while electric heating is
used in the bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floors.There are a small TV and a washer.

This property is appropriate for nature lovers and people who enjoy seaside walks and views.
The view from the house is a great pay off after the last 3 minutes walk up the trail leading to
the house, which are steep. It is better to be familiar with  handling a moped up and down
steep paths, as this may be required for faster access to and from shops and main village. We
make accessible a 50cc moped (no license required) and an Ape (a larger 3 wheels moped
with gears and more roomy).

portofino, where the luxury yachts lie at anchor, vip strole along the
promenade, where exquisite fish restaurants and elegant designer shop
decorate the picturesque bay .
