Vacation Rental Description

The house is on 2 floors. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a garden 
overlooking the sea. It a small and very charming house with simple, but sophisticated 
furnishing. A large fireplace heats the kitchen and living room areas, while electric heating is 
used in the bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floors.There are a small TV and a washer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is appropriate for nature lovers and people who enjoy seaside walks and views. 
The view from the house is a great pay off after the last 3 minutes walk up the trail leading to 
the house, which are steep. It is better to be familiar with  handling a moped up and down 
steep paths, as this may be required for faster access to and from shops and main village. We 
make accessible a 50cc moped (no license required) and an Ape (a larger 3 wheels moped 
with gears and more roomy). 

Activities and Attractions

The portofino monte is one of the jewels in europe crown and is among the
most exclusive residential areas thtoughout italy . A private road leads to one of the very few 
and exclusive houses on the mountain in Portofino. The road can be travelled only on foot or, 
for residents, by moped.The house is one of 3 that make up the small hamlet of Prato. This is 
located exactly half way on the trail that leads from Portofino to the monastery of San 
Fruttuoso. A 20 minutes walk on foot bring you to the famous harpor of
portofino, where the luxury yachts lie at anchor, vip strole along the
promenade, where exquisite fish restaurants and elegant designer shop
decorate the picturesque bay .

and/or ape car
