Our villa is a 3 bed and 2 bath room [one bathroom with ONLY a brand new shower ] house with a VERRY Big POOL  for a lot off fun with the hole family. LITTLE pets allowd

And on the  pool deck are beds an a lot off chair's a great place to be With a beautiful fiew were you are feeling so free.

A nice place to come back afther you visset a bissy park to get a great swim or find your  rest again with a bbq

Located in Haines City on Naturge's Edge Lake Wales Florida know of the large orange trees.

Its a 35 min car driving from International Aire Port Orlando

THERE IS A LOT TO DO AROUND THIS PLACE

Eagle Ridge Mall on just 10 min drive from our house

The Adriatic and Mexican Coast are only one hour card drive away

Theme parks like  Lego Land [with waterpark]/Disney,Universul/Epcot/Busch Garden/Silver Springs/Kennedy Space Centrum/Wet and Wild/and all the outher parks are the same time car drive away

Also all the famus Outlet Store's are just a 35 MIN CAR DRIVE

The villa has 4 TV's/ 1DVD player with a dolby serround system/Central Airco/Heater

And the house  has wifi

Also verry funny and strange to experiance is spook hill in lake wales Just go there and drive to the whit line on the street put your car in nutral and see what is happening so strange but funny how is this posible

Conditions Weekly rent: 
* If you rent the villa all taxes are included, but the price is excluding end cleaning, poolheat and deposit
* Pool heat is available for $ 25 a day or $ 160 a week. 
* Costs of end cleaning $ 90. 
* We ask a security deposit of $ 250 for rental a week. 
* Same condition we refund the $ 250.
* All prices are including water and electricity and incl 12% tax. 
* Monthly rate is between $ 1,800 and $ 2,000 excl. utilities and pool heating

Payment conditions:
* After booking the villa, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. After the confirmation a security deposit of $ 250 should be transferred into the owners' bank account within 7 days. 
* The full amount should be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
