Ciao, My name is Georgia and I am young mother with a little boy.  Due to increasing popularity of our families business, my husband and I had to relocate nearer to the family- run restaurant, La Tagliata, situated above the beautiful town of Positano.

At the villa Luigibello all our facilities are of a high standard with quality furnishings.The villa was fitted to a high standard as it was to be our family home for the rest of our lives.

WINTER DEAL
Luigibello apartment is a modern apartment of 90 sqm, renovated in 2007.
It accommodates 2-6 people. It contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located in a private outbuilding that you could rent in case of 5 / 6 persons. It also has a fully fitted kitchen,dining area, & living area with CD/DVD/TV system with more than 100 international English channels.Full WI-FI Internet is provided. The kitchen has a gas cooker with an electric convection oven. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace with a view of the sea.
All rooms have air conditioning /heating. A private parking space for a car (NO SUV/ van) is available,with remote control. Luigibello apartment is situated on a pedestrian street in a prime, quiet area of Praiano, the heart of the Amalfi Coast. Praiano is a friendly, safe, small town. The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to bus stops & supermarket, &10minutes walking distance to the main beach.

KITCHEN :  has two windows overlooking the sea and the coastline, while you are cooking you can enjoy the sea view .It is equipped with a five -burner gas stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove, microwave oven, filter coffee machine and toaster . Also is located the washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

LIVING AREA has a  high and vaulted ceiling , is very spacious with a comfortable sofa, a satellite TV  (many English speaking international channels with more than 20 channels including movie channels, information etc ) DVD player ,WI-FI connection . The modern furnishings are welcoming and highly refined . In the dining area you will find a large table which can accommodate 6 people . From the living room you will be able to go to the terrace using French doors and there you can admire the beautiful views of the Amalfi coast. The dining / sitting room has air conditioning / heating

In the living room you wil find stept to access to the romatic beautiful loft .The bedroom has a matrimonial bed that can be slip as twin bed on request .The loft has a beautiful window overlookinf the sea. A big wardrobe behind the bed with so many space available ( as it provided from the photo ).The loft has also an air/conditioning - heating unit.

Bathroom of the loft :

 The bathroom with the shower box is located few steps downstairs .The bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet , a fully enclosed shower . You will be able to enter to the bathroomfrom the sitting room .

Bedroom on the ground level with an en.suite bathroom :

You will be able to enter to the bedroom from the living area . The celing is high and vaulted .The room has a matrimonial bed and an high window.The bedroom is equipped with an air/conditioning heating unit .

The bedroom has an en.suite bathroom with an oversized Jacuzzi .

The bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub is equipped with wash basin ,a toilet , a Jacuzzi with shower too, ther is also available an hairdryer .

Location :

Villa la Tagliata is situated on a pediastrin street in a prime,quiet are of Praiano, the heart of Amalfi Coast . Praiano is a friendly , small town .The apartmnet is five minutes walking distance to bus stop (every 20 minutes a riders to Positano or Amlfi ) and you reach them in less than 10 minutes .In the disctrict ther is an ATM machine , first aid service and a well equipped local gym.

The pharmacy, the bars, the restaurants and essencial services are within walking distance.The grocery is 5 minutes walking distance and it has a wide rangeof  food, vegetables, cold cut , mineral water , meat etc..with available you home delivery.

 Terrace:

From the terarce you can enjoy a spendid view of the Ancient Saracena Tower and of the enchantingblue sea of the Amalfi Coast .The terrace is a partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It equipped with a ceramic table and deck chairs .You will be aslo able to see a wonderful costline ( as provided from the photos ).

Parking :

Available a private parking space for regular car size ( NO SUB,MINIBUS )with an automatic electric gate and  a remake controll at the price of Euro 7 per day . ( a ver big Deal if you think that is no allowed to park on the road free of charge as you are tourist and no resident and you are forced in order to avoid penalty charge from the police of the twon hall , to park on the blue lines )

THE ANNEX  THIRD BEDROOM AND THE  PARKING 

Just outside the front door , next to the apartment you will find the lovely outbuilding/annex that you can rent in case if there are 6 people . There is a small bedroom with an en.suite bathroom with shower .A Window with a sea view.

The room has all the comforts you need : an orthopedic mattress with wooden slats, a clothes wardrobe , a large console table for your luggage & a small wall cabinet for foodstuff. You will have a refrigerator/ freezer & a coffee machine , a table with two chairs & TV . The room is fully air conditioned / heated
PARKING DETAILS: The parking is located at the beginning of a typically local pedestrian street & is in easy walking distance from the villa.The villa is 3/4 minutes away from the private parking & luggage can be transported easily without the need to carry by hand.There are ,however 20 steps whilst arriving to the property.
WE would like to point out to our guests that OUR villa has private parking,minimal steps to transport luggage

Owner advert free of travel commission we also hold the famous restaurant called La Tagliata on the hill of Positano so we are srious honest people whom worked with people sibe 1980 .

EXTRAS INFROMARION DETAILS ABOUT THE PARKING AND THE LOCATION 

The private parking is situated at the beginning of a pedestrian street & within easy walking distance to the villa.There are only 20 steps on the way.
Private parking with remote control is a rarity in the area as street parking costs 3 euros hourly rate but 7 euros private parking with my villa.A saving when you stay with me.A majority of properties in the area do NOT have private parking with the property and transportation of the luggage/bags can mean carrying heavy loads up steep steps in your arms til arriving at destination.
The villa is less than 10mins from beautiful main beach:La Praia.Opposite the parking is a ATM ,bus stop 5 mins down the road .The local buses run every 30 mins to Amalfi/Positano.A large supermarket 5 mins walk away with free home delivery.Internet(Wi Fi) with Skype.no telephone expenses.

I would like to invite my guests during their stay at Villa Luigibello to take the opportunity & visit the wonderful organic garden terraces of La Tagliata.

La Tagliata is the well known restaurant situated on the mountain side above Positano.

During your private tour of the property we encourage you to pick your own home grown vegetables & fruit straight from the gardens.

Depending on the season, you can pick: tomatoes, egg plants, zucchini, green salad and even fresh organic eggs from our hens. Above the beautiful town of Positano , La Tagliata has now 2 new rental units within the property itself. You can find the

In the area of Praiano you will find many restaurans, beach, shopping area and a great location as every 20 minutes a bus riders and in less than 10 minutes you recah Positano .

As attractions on the coast you have to do excursions, but you do not have to missed a nigh music at La Tagliata my family restaurant every Tuesdays and Fridays we provide Napolitan Tarantella , fun is guaranteed and do not worry to recah us you take the bus to get to Positano and once at the bus stop we will send our free shuttle to pick you up, it is very easy !!!!

PRICE : Final price  can be flexible but this depends on the season & size of your party.

EXTRAS: Euro 50 for final cleaning.
EURO 30 for the gas tank ( One gas tank provides enough fuel for cooking & hot water for a week ) .
The following is not included in the overall cost.Use of private garage:
Euro 7 per day with an automatic electric gate with a remote control and WI-FI connection including computer,( in case you do not bring your own), at Euro 10 per week .
Electricity is Euro 0,30 per kilowatt you will pay what you use & no more .
Euro 200 as a deposit as a guarantee, will be required on the arrival. Kept only in case of covering damage , on checking out I will return.
