Our beautiful, renovated canal-front home, has a private swimming pool, deck (including child protection fence), and porch furniture with a gorgeous view.  Our house is located on the desirable south end of the island, across the street from the Gulf. 

You have a very short walk to our beach and also to Lover's Key 
State Park.

We provide all the amenities you need to enjoy the beach, swim in
the heated pool, or relax under your own private tiki hut while
watching the manatees and dolphins. Convenient location to shops,
restaurants, marina, golf course, and theaters. Visit nearby Naples,
Sanibel, and Captiva.

We have fully renovated the entire house and added high speed wireless internet.

Solar Heated Swimming Pool, lanai and deck furniture, central air

cookware, cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, extensive video collection,
books, CD/Radio Stereo, new dock (up to 22 foot boat) and tiki hut.

You have your option of a short walk to a wide, quiet beach (see
photo below) or to Lover's Key State Park to walk on the beach or
nature trail. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, boating and shelling. We
provide beach chairs and beach towels. If you have a boat, we have a
small dock and our location at the south end of the island provides 5
minute access for boaters to the bay and gulf. There are also a number
of marinas on the island for boat rentals. After a fun day on the
beach, lounge in the swimming pool, or relax under our Tiki-hut and
watch the dolphins and manatees frolic.

You are conveniently located near shops, restaurants, marinas,
theatres and golf course. A short drive or town trolley ride takes
you to the fun public pier shopping and restaurant complex known
as Times Square. Take another short trip to beautiful Sanibel,
Captiva and Naples or enjoy some of the tourist attractions in Ft.
Myers.

January 4th-January 25th 2014 $1295/wk.

January 25th-February 22nd 2014 $1795/wk.

February 22nd-April 26th 2014 $1895/wk.

$150 cleaning fee plus tax
$500 security deposit required
Our local realtor accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
All rentals on weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Discounts apply
for monthly rentals during off-season.
