Vacation Rental Description

Kick off your shoes, relax, and enjoy yourself. Our beautiful, newly 
renovated, canal-front home, with a swimming pool, deck 
(including child protection fence), and deck furniture with a gorgeous
view, is located on the desirable south end of the island, across the
street from the Gulf. See a photo of our beach across the street in
the photos below.

You have a very short walk to our beach and also to Lover's Key 
State Park.
 
We provide all the amenities you need to enjoy the beach, swim in 
the heated pool or relax under your own private tiki hut while
watching the manatees and dolphins. Convenient location to shops,
restaurants, marina, golf course, and theaters. Visit nearby Naples,
Sanibel, and Captiva.

We have fully renovated the entire house with a new kitchen 
(including cabinets, range, microwave, etc.), furnishings, new 
couches and furniture in all of the bedrooms, and added high speed
wireless internet.

Solar Heated Swimming Pool, lanai and deck furniture, central air
conditioning, high speed wireless internet, gas BBQ grill,
washer/dryer, linens,beach and bath towels, beach chairs
and umbrella, cooler, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, utensils and
cookware, cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, extensive video collection,
books, CD/Radio Stereo, small dock (up to 22 foot boat) and tiki hut. 

No Smoking. No pets.

 

Activities and Attractions

You have your option of a short walk to a wide, quiet beach (see
photo below) or to Lover's Key State Park to walk on the beach or
nature trail. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, boating and shelling. We
provide beach chairs and beach towels. If you have a boat, we have a
small dock and our location at the south end of the island provides 5
minute access for boaters to the bay and gulf. There are also a number
of marinas on the island for boat rentals. After a fun day on the
beach, lounge in the swimming pool, or relax under our Tiki-hut and
watch the dolphins and manatees frolic.
  
You are conveniently located near shops, restaurants, marinas, 
theatres and golf course. A short drive or town trolley ride takes 
you to the fun public pier shopping and restaurant complex known 
as Times Square. Take another short trip to beautiful Sanibel, 
Captiva and Naples or enjoy some of the tourist attractions in Ft. 
Myers.

plus applicable state and county taxes on weekly rates and 
$125 cleaning fee
$500 security deposit required
Our local realtor accepts Mastercard and Visa.
All rentals on weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Discounts apply 
for monthly rentals during off-season.
