This is a beautiful, large house decorated island-style with a great
view of coastline and mountain on close to an acre of tropical
gardens. It is located minutes from local beaches and shopping. We
have lots of fruit trees and the climate is comfortable at 1000ft.
elevation which is great for the breezes especially in the summer.
The house is very comfortable for a large group with its tropical
wetbar and outdoor rain shower. The kithen is appointed with
Subzero, Wolf range and Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. The breakfast
bar and dining table seats 12 or more. The counters are granite and
the island work table is perfect to accomodate multiple chefs and
their helpers. The amenities go on with the inclusion of
greenhouse, chicken coop and treehouse etc. etc. Come check us out

The rates start at $200.00 per couple and each additional person
would be $25.00. per night, minimum stay four days. Cleaning fee
of $150.00 to $250.00. There would be a deposit necessary to reserve
your dates plus half of the total charges. A cancellation fee of
$500.00 unless time is rented to someone else. Also the applicable
taxes would be applied to the total
