The Sweet Arrow Lake Summer House is adjacent to Sweet Arrow Lake County Park located in Pine Grove PA and is located on a lakefront setting. See mapquest for close driving distance from Pine Grove, Pa to Hershey Park, Knoebels Grove, Hawk Mountain, Penn National racing & casino. Close drive to PA Dutch area, Appalachian trail/hiking. House is on 183 acre county park with 60 acre lake. Sweet Arrow Lake Park offers picnic pavilions, fishing, hiking, kayaking, electric boat access. Trail walk to waterfall. Single nite rentals not available. Weekend/Week rentals only. Owner reserves the right to limit all rentals to adults of legal age in the state of PA. No pets, no smoking inside the house. The house is located adjacent to the lake with unrestricted access to the lake. Caution is advised for young children, non swimmers as the lake is accessible from the house. Swimming is not permitted.

Wonderful lake house on Sweet Arrow Lake. House is 2 floors. First floor has Living room/dining room/kitchen/full bathroom. Screened in porch and deck overlooking lake. On the second floor -full bathroom & 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom /TV room with full size futon. All bedrooms on 2nd floor. Parking is limited to 2 cars. Occupancy is limited to 8 unless exception approved.
Full modern kitchen with dishwasher/microwave/all appliances. Large living room opens to screened in porch and large deck with a full view of the lake and evening stars. TV, internet access, gas grill. Washer/dryer. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 tub. Ceiling fans. 2 kayaks with adult life vest. Adjacent to Sweet Arrow Lake County Park.

Weekends $550 from Friday noon to Sunday noon off peak. Weekends June/July/Aug/Sept $850.00 Friday noon to Sunday noon peak season.
Weekly rental Saturday arrival after 5:00 pm to Saturday noon departure. Holiday weeks, weekends and nights slightly higher.
