overlooking the 10th and 11th fairways of the championship golf 
course at Tara Golf and Country Club.  Located in The Village at 
Tara the condo is 15 - 30 minutes away from some of the best Florida 
beaches, including Siesta Key which is named in the National 
Geographic top 10 beaches in the world, Bradenton, Long Boat Key, 
and Anna Marie Island.

The condo is close to shopping, golf, fishing, boating and many 
other Florida attractions.  

A $100 Country Club membership fee enables you to enjoy one of the 
best golf courses in Bradenton, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, 
and a fitness room .  The golf complex enjoys the facilities of an 
award winning restaurant, driving range and is a friendly community. 
To play golf as a member you will pay only a cart rental fee.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property enjoys a large master bedroom with a King size bed and 
walk in closets,full master bathroom, and walkout access to the 
screened lanai with views of the 10th and 11th fairways.The second 
bedroom has twin beds and has an adjacent full bathroom.
The dining room seats six and there is a separate den with fitted 
office style cabinets, plus sofa and other furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is immediately adjacent to the 
living area and the dining area.There is a free local phone call 
service provided as well a cable TV service
