CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation within 30-days of arrival will
result in forfeiture of all monies spent.(security damage refunded if full rental is paid).

Fees: 12% tax on rentals less than 6 months, $100 cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING. Any smoking detected will result in $300 fee.

 Pets accepted case by case...subject to $50 extra cleaning fee.
