Sea Colony is situated off of A1A in Flagler County. This home is in
a 24 hour gated community.

This Beach getaway is a two bedroom with bonus room. Full sized
large eat-in kitchen with
Refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave,dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee
maker, dishes, pots and pans, iron/ironing board, hair dryer,etc.
Kitchen has bay window with lovely view of lake.
This home easily sleeps 4-8. Two sleeper sofas for additional
guests. Two full baths. Master bath has large
walk-in shower. Second bath has tub and shower. This home is fully
furnished. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Bonus room with additional
cable TV. Florida room.  This room is great for kids. Full size Washer and Dryer.
All
linens included.
Cable, 3 TV's, DVD,  phone with answering machine- local calls
only. WIFI.

Bicycles available on property.

Approximately 30 minutes from Daytona Beach. Disney is
approximateley 1 1/2 hours away. If golfing is your passion then
flagler county is right for you. Palm Coast has several fine Golf
courses within easy distance for the Sea Colony.

Rates include utilities, local phone, basic cable/ wireless.
$500 security deposit will secure your reservation. Rent must be
paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. $100 will be charged for
cancelled reservations. 11% tourist tax. $75.00 cleaning fee.
