This spacious 3,300 square foot home features 3 masters, a bunk room, a new hot tub, and a recently renovated kitchen. The home is ideally situated in Sunriver next to Fort Rock Park.

This home offers plenty of room for friends and family. Each of the three master bedrooms has a private bath, as does the bunk room. Two of the masters have kings, the third has two queens, and the bunk room has six twins, and a futon. All of the bedrooms have televisions with dvd players (including a 42" LCD in the first master), and the bunk room has a pool table.

The home features one of the nicest kitchens in Sunriver, with granite counters, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, and a wine cooler. The living room has a spacious new sectional, two leather chairs, a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), and a 52" LCD TV with cable and a dvd player.The dining table seats 10, and 7 people can gather around the granite kitchen island. The dining room opens to the deck, with a gas grill, and outdoor table, and comfortable deck furniture.

There is wireless internet throughout the home, as well as central air conditioning. The home includes 10 season passes for the Sunriver pools and tennis court. Unlike many homes in Sunriver, this home offers air conditioning This home is very accessible to those that have difficulty with stairs, as the main living area and two of the master bedrooms are on the ground floor. In the garage, you will find 11 bikes (a mix of cruisers, mountain bikes, and children's bikes).
