We tried to stock it with enough furniture, toys and stuff that all you should need to bring is your clothes.

We are always able to rent it out all season and have numerous compliments about the way it is furnished and what is available to you as part of the rental agreement.

Condo is furnished with the following:

Bedding - One King size bed, One Queen size bed, 3 twin beds, two seperate pull out couches with double beds, and one roll out bed in the closet. You have to bring your own blankets and sheets.

TV-DVD-CD players in each bedroom and living room with cable access house and kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances that you would need.

NO NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WE HAVE IT COVERED. 

Microwave, Coffee Maker, Washer-Dryer, Toaster,Ironing Board, Dishwasher, Bicycles (adult and childrens), many various videos and DVD's, Beach Chairs, Sand Toys, Beach Cart, baby high chair, bouncy seat, 3 bed rails, childrens books and games.

Off Street parking under house in 2 car (compact)garage plus streetparking available.

Air Cond and fireplace, Ceiling Fans in each bedroom and living room Front Porch-Deck with Furniture, Outside (enclosed) Shower

Walking distance to Asbury Avenue shops and Bay Avenue.

Short walk to Boardwalk and Beach (approx 5 blocks).

Playground within walking distance also.

Walking distance to fishing spots off Bay Avenue.
