With over 3,900 SF of living area under air, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an additional leisure room, Villa Estelle offers everything you need for a memorable and relaxing vacation. The home was built in 2004 and comes newly furnished. Technical equipment includes a phone, a computer with high speed internet, and wireless LAN. Stay in touch with current events while away from home, and if you have friends and family in Europe, you can call them on their landlines free of charge.

The beautifully designed wood kitchen includes a glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. A separate laundry room contains washer and dryer. Dishes, linens, towels (including beach and pool towels) are amply provided. The spacious living room boasts a 52” HD TFT flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and a Sony Dolby Surround Sound system. You can use the attached multimedia PC to play a number of movies on Blu-Ray or DVD in either German or English.

The first floor features the master bedroom, with a King size bed and TFT TV, while the adjoining master bath offers both shower and tub. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom. The second bedroom (with a Queen size bed) and the third bedroom (with two Twin beds) are also located on the first floor, while the fourth bedroom, a simply stunning room with a King size canopy bed, can be found upstairs. The amazing view stretches across the wide basin. Next to the bedroom is a separate leisure room and a bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching your favorite show on the TFT set. There are separate his and her areas in the bathroom, as well as a spacious shower.

The large pool area faces south and includes a gorgeous pool with vanishing edge effect as well as a spa. Both pool and spa can be solar heated at no cost, and if that should prove insufficient, the electric pool heater will do the rest. Just set the desired temperature on the digital pad. A table for eight and a BBQ grill are provided on the patio, which is perfect for relaxing by the water. The entire pool area is protected by a screen. From summer 2010 on, a boat dock with captain’s walk and 10,000 lbs. lift will be available to guests.
