Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home overlooks a freshwater canal and offers everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. It was built in 2004 and completely renovated in 2009, offering 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a separate den, and about 2, 360 SF of living area under air. The office features a phone and a computer with wireless high speed internet access, allowing you to get the latest news anytime. Phone calls to European landlines are free of charge.

The beautiful wood kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, and glass top stove. Washer and dryer can be found in the separate laundry room. The spacious living room offers modern furnishings, a TV as well as a PC with Blue-Ray Movies in English and German and a urround system. A second TV was placed in the master bedroom, which leads into the master bathroom with its double sink, large Jacuzzi tub and a large double shower. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. Two other bedrooms feature Queen size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two Twin beds. Dishes, linens, towels, beach and pool towels are all provided. Small children are welcome to use the crib and high chair.

The huge patio area is screened in, offering a table and six chairs, a BBQ grill, as well as a pool safety fence. Come and enjoy the oversized pool, which can be heated both electrically and with a solar system, allowing you to set the temperature you desire.

Cape Coral and Fort Myers offer a big variety of Shopping Malls and Entertainment. There is a Casino Boat Cruise that leaves daily from Ft. Myers Beach and if you like there is a daily cruise to Key West. The options are limitless. Spring training Baseball, The Henry Ford & Thomas Edison Estates and Everglades all within reach. Sports Fans will love this area. There are plenty of Golf Courses, Fishing and Water sports opportunities available.
