Covered parking for 2 cars and a single flight of stairs make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Completely outfitted eat in kitchen with washer and dryer. Eat in kitchen is open to the combination dining and living rooms. The living room is outfitted with a 50 inch flat panel TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with new mattress and box springs, a 27" flat panel TV, and 2 closets. The master bath has new tile in the shower surround.

The tastefully decorated guest bedroom has both a queen size and a twin bed, along with a walk in closet. The guest bath was also updated and is nicely appointed.

Both the living room and master bedroom have doors that open to the patio that look over the heated swimming pool. This unit sleeps 5 maximum.

WI - FI / Hi-Def cable TV / free local and long distance calling, and all those little extras to make your stay comfortable are included.

This unit is also well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, an umbrella, and other beach gear.

If shopping or dining out is your passion, Bridge Street is a leisurely walk, and a short drive gets you to the vibe of St. Armands Circle and Sarasota. The free Anna Maria Island trolley runs daily from 6am - 11pm.
