  • 2012 Early In Season Rate (November 16 - December 21 2012) $875 weekly; $3300 monthly.
  • 2012-2013 In Season (December 22 2012 - April 28 2013) $925 weekly; $3400 monthly.
  • 2013 Off Season Rate (April 29 - November 15 2013) $500 weekly; $1750 monthly

It was a great find. House is fully stocked and it feels like a private paradise. Gated community (very secure), different pool options and short walk to beach. Screen in porch was the best part of the house we spend most of our time there when inside. We loved it and will recommend to anyone. Thank you Randy.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

This is my third year to visit Florida and I must say this condo was by far the best I have had. Clean, comfortable, and homey are all words I would use to describe it. The mornings I spent in the screened in porch drinking coffee and reading were some of the best parts of the trip. Short walk across the street to a nearly private beach. Although there is a lot of units, the foilage provides a lot of privacy. My daughter and I used the pool each night and were the only ones in there.

I have already reserved my spot for next year. I would highly reccomend this!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway
