Seaside Villas - This Siesta Key deluxe townhouse rental is located in the heart of Siesta Village - just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants and only 1 1/2 blocks (it takes us three minutes to walk) to the world famous Siesta Key Crescent Beach! Relax by your private pool. This Siesta Key townhome is equipped with amenities rarely found in a Siesta Key vacation rental -everything you need to make your stay memorable.

Seaside Villas is a three-bedroom townhome with a one-bedroom garden apartment.

This Siesta Key vacation rental has a private pool. Tropical landscaping with a gas grill and patio furniture complete this vacation paradise. If you choose to visit the world famous Crescent Beach (only two short blocks) we have provided coolers, beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience.

The one bedroom unit is a garden apartment, approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom look our over the pool.  The living room has a large flat panel LCD HD TV and DVD (with some movies) and a CD player (with some CD's).  The bedroom also has a flat panel LCD HDTV. We have even provided some games and books.  This unit also has an xBox Game Console. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room so that this unit can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your vacation! 

Fully furnished kitchens with microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes.   Cable LCD HDTV, DVD and CD / Stereo. We've even supplied a few DVD movies and CDs. Sunnyside Properties provides all your linens, beach towels, beach chairs, ice chests and beach umbrellas.  You will also find games for the kids, including an XBox console and games as well as board games and puzzles.  We have taken great care to supply this property with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable success.

• Minimum stay 1 week - Saturday-to-Saturday (call for shorter stays off-season).

• Rental rates are based on 2 person occupancy for one bedroom.  There is a $70.00 per week charge for each additional person.

• All rates are subject to 12% sales tax.

• A $150.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. 

• Total rental charges must be received 60 days prior to check-in. 

• A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit.  No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. 

• A $150.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required.  Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages.

• All rates in US Dollars.  We accept checks or money orders.  Credit cards are accepted for deposits and last minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express).

• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m.

• All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

• Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary.
