This rental is located in a very safe, family, and friendly-oriented
neighborhood. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach. The area has a
vacation feel with people out walking various times of the day and
evening. You'll see them toting their things to the beach, or
riding their bicyles. Relax in the back yard and enjoy the privacy
of your own pool.
The bedrooms consist of one king-size bed in master bedroom, second
bedroom with one full size bed and 2 twins, third bedroom with a
queen-size bed.
This house is maintained by the owner and is constantly upgraded.
The house also provides a pack and play.
Publix grocery store is located in the Publix shopping center, less
than 1/2 mile down main street (A1A)
Lauderdale by the Sea has great restaurants, including the famous
Sea Watch which is located on the beach, less than 1/4 mile away.
Lauderdale by the Sea (village), on the corner of A1A & Commercial
Blvd. is a very bustling with shoppers, lots of coffe shops &
restaurants and boutiques. The night life is very busy, there's
rental boats, scuba shops, and golf, all very close by.

Screened in Porch, large pool. Washer/dryer, iron and
ironing board. Fenced in yard.
2 adult bikes, wagon and stroller and a small bike for the little
ones. We have toys at this house and a baby gate. dvd player,
blender, microwave. Beach chairs, floats for the pool, and cooler
for the beach.

Convenient to all local tourist attractions, Short walk to beach,
shopping, boating, jet skiing, scuba diving, 40 minute drive to
South Beach, Miami, or head north (45 min.) to Palm Beach, 3 hour
drive to Disney World, Sea World. You are only 20 minutes from the
famous Swap Shop, or 30 minutes from the Sawgrass Mills shopping
center.

December 20th to April 20th $2500.00 per week
May $1800.00 per week
June 1st to October 1st $1500.00 per week
October 1st to December 1st is $1700.00 per week
This is a flat rate with taxes included.
We offer last minute discounts if available.
If available we will rent weekends at $250.00 a night.
All rentals subject to $100.00 cleaning fee.
