Close to the beach and a direct beach access, this 1 1/2 story beach home with a loft has a well supplied kitchen (updated in 2005) and four large bedrooms - 2 beds in each bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms (both updated in 2009 with new Tub/Showers) are located between each bedroom upstairs and downstairs.  2012/2013 update - new interior paint and washer/dryer!

Covered front porch lined with rockers to enjoy your morning coffee, and the cool evening ocean breezes. Enclosed outside shower with dressing area to wash the sand off after a relaxing day on the beach and a swim in the ocean. Charcoal grill with grilling tools, picnic table and outside furniture to conclude the fun day with a evening cookout.

Upstairs    -  Bedroom three: 1-Queen/1-Double     Bedroom four: 2-Double beds

Beds have comforters or bedspreads, mattress pads, and pillows.

One of the most beautiful three miles of coastline in North Carolina. The smallest of the three Brunswick County barrier islands with natually wide, gently sloping, white sand beach with undisturbed sand dunes. The island is a natural habitat and nesting ground for abundant coastal wildlife, including endangered Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Bird Island, an undeveloped barrier island, which is connected to Sunset Beach, is a natural 1300 acre State Preserve, and is reachable by walking, biking, or boating.

• Saturday is day of arrival and departure.
• Check-in 3:00 pm.  Check-out  10:00 am.
• Early check-in possible, if house is cleaned & ready.
• Responsible person reserving and renting property must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the house the entire rental time.
