You must be 25 years old to reserve this condo. No prom, senior or group rentals.

Rental rates are for a maximum of 8 adults, not to exceed 10 total including all children. A small and well behaved dog will be considered at an additional cleaning charge. Rates are subject to change until lease is executed.

This is a non-smoking unit (you may smoke outside on deck).

All rental agreements will have a refundable security deposit of $300.00.

Cancellation Policy: full refund less $100 administrative fee up to 2 weeks prior if re-rented.

Renters are responsible for cleaning condo exactly as you find it, or $100.00 can be deducted from your security deposit for professional cleaning if you prefer.
