My condo is an nice 2BR/2BA oceanfront unit on a no-drive beach with
great views of the Atlantic Ocean and a white sand beach. Amenities
include 32" flat screen HDTV with DVD player (living room), 27" TV
with DVD/VCR (BR), cable TV service, radio/CD player unit, free high
speed internet with Wi-Fi, Dell desktop computer and free long
distance phone service to US & Canada. We also have a laundry room
with a new washer & dryer. The pool and sundeck are located on the
rooftop. The unit is within a short walk of Chase's Beachfront
Restaurant, the Food Lion Grocery Store, and the 7-11 Convenience
store. Automobiles are prohibited on our section of the beach which
makes the beach safer for small children at play and more relaxing
for beach walkers!

No smoking is allowed inside the condo!

Clean linens and towels are provided!

In case of a
hurricane or other natural diasater which interrupts your visit on
New Smyrna Beach, FL,
your deposit and any unused portion of your rental fee will be
returned to you within
three weeks of your departure!
