Condo Villa 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, end unit, bright open floor plan,  comfortably sleeps 4/5, maximum occupancy 6.  Sorry no pets, motorcycles, boats, RV's or trailers allowed.

ALL reservations require an additional $75 flat cleaning fee.  In addition, a Refundable Security Deposit is required to all weekly/monthly stays.

Completely furnished, affordable luxury in a golf community in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC.  Living room sofa opens in to a full size bed.  Master suite, king size bed w/private bath.  Second bedroom 2 twins, full bath adjacent.  

Linens, bedding and bath towels provided.  Fully equipped kitchen dishes, cookware, Mr. Coffee, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, wine glasses etc.  Also a washer / dryer. 

Indoor and Outdoor Swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, putting greens and Two (2) parking spaces.  (Indoor pool closed when outdoor pool is open)

Two (2) bedrooms, Two (2) full baths.  Fully equiped kitchen ready to cook and eat, open to a spacious living room with comforting views of back yard.  Enjoy a screened in patio overlooking pool, small lake (often filled with a variety of birds).  Watch the golfers tee off the 6th hole, across the lake. 

Master bedroom is spacious with a kingsize bed and private bath.  Second bedroom two (2) twin beds, a full bathroom adjacent.  Sofabed opens to fullsize bed.  Tv's in each room.

Linens, bedding and bath towels provided.  Extra pillows and blankets in closet.  Vacuum, ironing board, washer/dryer also in condo.  Kitchen appliances include coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, all the cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, coffee pot etc.

Picnic table and charcoal bbq grill in back next to lake.

Basic cable service and wireless internet are included.

Ocean is approx 2/3 miles, Airport is approx 1/2 mile.  North, 15 minutes to Barefoot Landing and North Myrtle Beach area.  South, 20 minutes to Surfside, Murrell's Inlet / Pawleys Island areas. 

Bob Evans Restaurant has great coffee and breakfast.  Left at B.E. is Magoo's, Ron Jons and The Boathouse on the Inter-Coastal.  Also, Broadway on the Beach  fantastic area with a variety of shopping, restaurants and activities.  Margaritaville, Senior Frogs, Crocodile Rocks, Nascar Speedway, Myrtle Waves, Legends,  Wonder Works, Carlos and Charlies, The Aquarium, shopping, tons of entertainment, golf and attractions at your fingertips. 

Entertaining, fun and exciting area ~ concerts, theaters, restaurants Hard Rock Cafe', Planet Hollywod.  Gambling ~ Big M Casino Boat, Fishing, Para Sailing, Miniature Golf, Water Slides, Jet Skiis,  good southern food and hospitality!  

Taxi service from condo to beach (Ocean Blvd) area, is available.

Weekly rate specials vary weekly/monthly, and are limited. To secure reservation, immediately send a deposit and/or full payment, plus email confirmation with guest information.

Upon receipt of balance, an email receipt will be sent immediately with condo address and key information.  All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date.   All payments will be confirmed email receipt.  Condo key is scheduled to be mailed 2 weeks prior to reservation.

All rentals require a (refundable) *security deposit. 

A flat fee $75, for cleaning is additional to all weekly and monthly rates.

Payment to secure reservation should be paid with personal check, postal money order, or bank money order and/or last minute arrivals COA (cash on arrival) 

*Security Deposits are scheduled to be refunded and mailed the following week of departure.   Cleaning inspection inventory report must have No Damages, No missing items, No additional cleaning charges (2.5 hours is normal clean time), No Noise Complaints for full refund. 
Any overnight express mail costs will be charged against security deposit.

Majority of our guests respect our condo and leave it the way it was found, in these situations the security deposit is mailed out same day as departure.

Please note: Condo occupancy limited to 6 (six) people maximum. Sorry No Pets, Motorcycles, boats or RV's.  Noble Company Association enforces the community rules, noise ordinances, provides evening security and grounds maintenance.
