You'll love the view from all rooms, including the cozy screened-in porch which includes a swing. Guests have access to Lake Glenville at the Tator Knob beach area, located just down the road, 2 minutes away. Feel free to swim, relax, and enjoy the private community beach on Lake Glenville.
The home features 100 year old heart pine floors on the main level, and new carpeting in the loft and upstairs bedroom. The house has Wi Fi throughout and there is a new 42" LCD TV with HD and blu-ray DVD player in the great room, 32" LCD TV in the master bedroom, free long distance telephone, and HD Direct TV. Enjoy the well stocked kitchen with all modern amenities. Kids will enjoy the separate game room downstairs, as well as the PlayStation 2 system that is available in the bunk-bed bedroom upstairs. There is ample driveway and garage parking. The gas fireplace creates a warm ambiance for the cool mountain evenings. Both bathrooms are updated and the master bath features a new washer and dryer.
Located just 6 miles from the center of Cashiers, the home is convenient to shopping and dining, including Ingles grocery, with a Starbucks and well stocked wine area. There are wonderful hikes and waterfalls in the vicinity. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $100 non-refundable fee.
