Vacation Rental Description

Our magnificent 4 bedroom direct oceanfront home is located in 
beautiful Melbourne Beach.  
This home was completely renovated in 2005 with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings 
throughout the house, original wood floors in each of the bedrooms and custom travertine 
countertops in the bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless 
steel appliances.  Each room is painted in a different light pastel color. There are lounge 
chairs on the expansive wood deck overlooking the beautiflul Atlantic Ocean and an 
outdoor hot and cold shower.  Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.  2 beach 
cruisers are available for your use.  Enjoy surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, fishing, 
kayaking, jet skiing, walking the beach searching for shells and beach glass, or simply 
relax and soak up the Florida sun.  Watch sea turtles nesting in your backyard. 
Kennedy Space Center is just forty minutes away.  Watch a space shuttle launch right from 
the back deck.  Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are just over an hour away.  
Sebastian Inlet State Park is 15 minutes away.
The house is completey furnished including luxury bedding, towels, and toiletries.  Just 
bring your bathing suit and toothbrush!
