vacation rental description
Newly remodled rustic home with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It has 3 split levels so allows people to spread out that provides privacy, yet small enough to all feel like you're together. It has a loft that accomodates 2 full beds that also opens your views to the ocean. Our house can easily make 2 people comfortable as well as 8. It has a newly tiled kitchen/family great room floor, granite countertops and all new cupboards. New carpet has been added as well.
It is a 5 minute-walk to the ocean to tickle your toes in the sand. It has 3 outdoor decks with unobstructed views for those that don't want to walk to the beach. The side deck is competely protected from the wind so a suntan is even possible on the colder days. The back deck has a tiled BBQ area surrounded by redwood decking. It too is a nicely protected area for you to enjoy what comes off the barbie!
It has easy parking for multiple vehicles.

Our cozy house is equiped with the updates of HDTV, WiFi, iPod Docking Station, and 2 42" T.V. screens. One in the family room for the kids and the other in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy! We have over 20 movies to choose from as well as HBO. It is complimented with all the modern conveniences including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and 2 full baths.

There is a great deal to do in Bodega Bay and its surrounding area ranging from high end expensive outings, to low stress budget family adventures. You can either play golf at our Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course ( 5 minute drive), wine taste at many different locations, or horseback riding on the beach. If you want to travel a short distance, you can view our National Seashore at Pt. Reyes, walk among the redwoods at Armstong Woods State Park, visit our Bodega Bay Marine Laboratory and so much more. Should you decide to stay home for the day, there are bike paths, kite flying, bird watching, beach strolls, kayaking in the creek . . . all 5 minutes away by foot. Walk down our driveway and voila !!! you are smelling the beach air and squishing your toes in the sand.
