The unit is one of the studio suites situated on the property of Guacamaya Lodge.  Guacamaya Beachview Condo is a friendly, feel-at-home haven only 60 steps to a large pool overlooking the magic blue of the Pacific. The Bar and Restaurant also offer a luscious view of every night's perfect sunset (the green flash is possible.) Your peaceful relaxation will be ever so slightly "disturbed" only by a wonderful variety of tropical birds, our local group of monkeys from the mangroves or the pounding surf of Playa Junquillal.

The unit is a large air conditioned studio with a queen bed and fold down futon that can accomodate 2 very comfortably with a child or two possible.  The unit has a large desk that has wifi capability.  The Ceramic tiled bath has a double sink with cupboards and large walk in shower.  Two roomy closets provide ample storage for clothes and luggage.  The kitchen looks out over the pacific with a full oven range and refrigerator.  The serving bar can serve as a dining table or game board.  The unit opens onto a sitting deck with views of the estuary mangroves and the ocean.  The birds head for the estuary at first light and back before sunset.

The bar and restaurant provide for all of your needs if that is your wish or whip up something in the unit.  The cuisine is international an exquisite.  The bar is very friendly and a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers.  It should also be mentioned that it is a Playa Junquillal custom to go to the nearby beach bar, Adrianna's for sunsets.  Folks from all over the area, tourist and local make it a regular activity to view the nightly perfect sunset and watch for the green flash.
