This cottage is situated on some of the best waterfront Silver Lake has to offer. The views are spectacular! You will enjoy 218 feet of private frontage on this all-sports lake. The cottage is on a cove, so while you can enjoy any kind of watercraft you like, the biggest and fastest can not come speeding by your private waterfront! A small island directly in front of the cottage protects the cove, and is also a great destination for swimming or paddling to. Kids love their private 'deserted' island to explore all while in sight of the grown-ups! We also do a special treasure hunt for the kids.

The cottage has two bedrooms on the main level (master bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed) and a full bath. An awesome deck leads off this level for wonderful views across the lake. On the lower level, there is another full bath with two rooms each with a queen-sized bed and a sofa sleeper in the den. Downtown Traverse City is only six miles to the north. Interlochen center for the arts is only eight miles to the southwest.

Traverse City has something for everyone.  Interlochen Center for the Arts is a 15 minute drive, Sleeping Bear Dunes are a 40 minute drive, downtown Traverse City is a 5 mile drive, bike trails, wineries, hiking, Meijers, and restaurants are all a short drive away.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your week.  A refund of your deposit will be given with a 60 day notice.  The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
