Vacation Rental Description

five buildings on the famous white sand Costa Azul coastline. 

Vaulted ceilings and a spacious balcony extend the living space of this artfully furnished 
800 sq. ft., very private, upstairs one-bedroom unit. Marble tiled floors and granite 
counters are featured throughout the home.

For your sleeping comfort, the pillows and mattress have allergy-prevention coverings, the 
bed linens are premium 400 thread count and the towels are plush. Save time at the 
airport by packing lightly and using the in-home laundry center. You may request extra 
maid service for extended stays.

High speed wireless internet keeps you computer-connected, plus the two satellite-TVs 
have channels with sports, premium film channels, youth channels and news from around 
the world.

Entertaining at home and meal preparation is easy in your complete kitchen with all your 
favorite small appliances, linens, paper products, cooking spices and oils. Dining service 
includes locally made glass and dinner ware with seating for four - choose the kitchen 
island or balcony table.

You do not need to rent a car at LaJolla. Taxi service is at your door. Next to LaJolla you 
will find a new organic restaurant En Salada, Sardinia Cantina bar and restaurant, a coffee 
shop and Trader Dick's mini market. Walk on the beach to the famous Zipper's restaurant 
at the surfing beach or try fusion dining and music at Brisas. Across the street is Havana's
