A huge terrace adds even more wonderful space. The Wave is a premier Hollywood Beach oceanfront building located ideally 20 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale and 20 minutes north of Miami. We are next door to the new Trump Hollywood and a five minute walk to The Diplomat with it's marina and shops.
There is an Olympic size pool and spa with an outdoor grill area with numerous lounges and umbrella tables for your pleasure.
There is a fabulous gymnasium with walls of glass looking out to the ocean - multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bicycles, full range of Nautilus weight machines & free weights. There is also a private exercise studio & yoga classes are offered.
The apt. is meticulously furnished with top of the line pieces in the sitting and dining areas. There is a very comfortable queen size bed and lovely 600 thread count linens. Thick and thirsty towels will be found in your linen closet.
The granite countered kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need - pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
There are very attractive dishes and wine glasses, placemats, etc. Watch the ocean as you cook and enjoy it at your dining table, inside or out on the terrace!
There is a new 40" HD TV with 200 channels. There is a DVD player
There is WIFI in the apartment so you don't have to wait your turn at the Business Center downstairs in the lobby.
