Spend your days boating, swimming, fishing right from your own private dock. After a day of playing spend your evenings around the firepit or curled up in the outdoor furniture on the wrap around porch being mesmerized by the incredable lake views. Come enjoy the peace and serenity the area has to offer. Home is fully furnished with 2 twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. Sleeps 6 comfortably with the pull out sofa in the living room. Also has a woodstove, bbq, all utensils, linens, sandy beach, yard area, picnic table and much more. Just 15 minutes from downtown Coeurdalene. Book now for Summer 2013 and for Ironman 2013. This one won't last. Very important for anyone interested in this property to know there are 78-80 steps down to the home. Once down at the home you have a nice yard/sandy beach area. If someone in your party is unable to do the steps there is an alternative route by being dropped off 4 properties away and walking along the beach to the property.

Regular Rates $225 per night with a 3 night minimum
$1400 per week
Available for Ironman 2013 $275 per night with a 3 night minimum or $1800 per week
Property rents longterm from October 1, 2013 through June 15 2014 for $700 per month plus $700 deposit. Pets considered with additional deposit.
Deposit of $500 required upon booking. $400 of deposit is refundable $100 is non-refundable due to the cleaning charge.
Pets are welcome with an additional $150 non-refundable deposit per pet.
Check in time is 3 pm-Check out time is 11 am
