all the comforts of home. Updated to include 2-A/C's, 2 TV
with cable, DVD player, dishwasher and washer/dryer. This unit sleeps up to 6 with 2-double beds in bedroom and a queen size sleep sofa in living room. Complete kitchen
with all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans, microwave, toaster oven,
blender and coffee maker. The condo is located on 70th street in the
East Winds East building. This mid-town location is only minutes
away from terrific shopping, miniature golf, boardwalk, water
slides, parasailing, watersports, fishing & great dining and
nightife such as Seacrets, Mackey's, Fagers Island just to name a
few. Also, it is a less populated part of the beach since there are no hotels on the block. This condo is within walking distance to Dough Roller
Resturant, Bonfire Resturant, General's Kitchen (breakfast) and
miniature golf.

Living room has AC, TV with cable, DVD player, telephone and Queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has a glass table with seating for 6. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, dish washer, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, utentils, dishes, pots/pans, and washer/dryer. This building has an elevator and outside shower.
