Rates based on double occupancy. Additional persons $100 weekly/$300 monthly. Weekly rentals are from Sunday-Sunday. There is a $75 exit cleaning fee and a  $250.00 (weekly)/500.00 (monthly) REFUNDABLE Security Deposit, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property on departure.

NOTE:  The Villages charges a one-time fee of $50 for Villages ID Cards.  These cards allow a renting couple, to enjoy all activities of a Villages Resident couple, including free golf, entry to Katie Belles, the use of all Recreation Centers, etc.
