Rate Description:

PEAK (Jan, Feb, Mar) -$2399/mo

OFF PEAK (All Other Months) - $1399/mon

Reservation fee is $200 (payable by check only). 
Reservation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel over 60 days in advance.
Reservation fee is non refundable if you cancel under 60 days notice, no exceptions.

OUR PROPERTIES HAVE NO SECURITY DEPOSIT AND NO PET FEES!

Cleaning fee is $135 (required)
FL State tax is 12% on stays under 6 months (state law)

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 12pm.

We accept most major credit cards, however you must pay ENTIRE rental stay when using a major credit card.  For example if you stay 2,3, or 4 months you can not pay MONTHLY by credit card - lump sum at check in only.  Please note the $200 RESERVATION deposit is paid by check or money order ONLY.  This will apply to your balance at check in.
