with unobstructed views, and the Pismo Beach 9-hole Golf Course.  
You will enjoy this beach getaway.  
It is a great cozy getaway with warm weather even through 
December.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lounge next to the 20 foot Koi Pond with Fire Pit & Tiki torches on an
Ipai Deck where 
you can watch the Sunset into the Pacific Ocean.

You will enter a Contemporary Cullinary Cucina with Stainless Steel,
floors from Italy,
and granite countertops; kitchen utensils and dishes are provided, 
BBQ on Patio. Complimentary Teas, Chais, and Coffee from local 
Roaster. 

French Doors lead to patio where you will find a 200 year 
old Mission teak dining table and patio table. Outdoor seating +20 
altogether.  

Leather sleeper sofa. 
Limestone Tub Room includes a Six foot Jacuzzi tub. Soft Water
throughout. 
Filtered Drinking water and Ice Maker. Front Loader washer and dryer
for your convenience.
Two Bedrooms (each include new comfortable high end platform Queen
size beds, large pillows and 
comforters). Flatscreen HD TVs W/DVD-VCR, SATelite and surround sound.
Dimmer switches in every room.

The Master Bedroom has a Limestone shower room.  Double pair French 
doors in 2 Bedrooms with Ocean Views(Furnished 2 Queen Beds). 
Rain deck & patio includes futon and an oversized 
chair to watch the sunset and whales spout (seasonal).
