3 Bedroom house located in Boswell BC overlooking the pristine Kootenay Lake.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is fully furnished and comes with all bedding, cookware, washer/dryer, fridge/stove, barbeque and TV/DVD.

30 minute drive south of Kokanee Springs Golf Course and 40 minutes north of Creston Golf and Country Club. Lockhart Beach Provincial Park and Campground is located immediately to the north along Hwy 3a. The house overlooks the marina below and boat launch/access is possible. 

A great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet vacation without crowds and lineups. The hiking, fishing and golfing are rated as some of the best in BC.

The rate listed is for a 7 day rental based on an occupancy of 2-6 persons max. We will be doing weekly listings ONLY this year on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
