Spacious, corner-unit house (2200 sqft), located in South Orange County, only a short drive away from world famous Laguna Beach on California's Riviera. Enjoy all Laguna Beach has to offer without paying the overpriced rates!
This large house has 2 stories and 3 bedrooms (2.5 bath) and a spacious, open layout. It readily accomodates 5-7 though much larger groups have stayed here previously. It is private, on a small hill with wide open views. A patio and garden allow you to enjoy Aliso Viejo's pleasant and sunny climate.
Built in 1998, the house is well maintained and recently remodeled, with a beautiful kitchen and nice clean interior.
This is a detached single-family house, not a condo or duplex. It is very private, with no intrusive views from the street, yet very open with spacious views.

Aliso Viejo, located in famous up-scale Orange County, is a beautiful, new and clean city filled with activities that include golf courses, many family friendly parks, and very large and open wilderness spaces for walking, hiking, biking or solitude.
The house is perfectly situated within 30 minutes drive to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Angels Stadium. It is only about 7 miles to Laguna Beach, and from there, you can enjoy the coastal driving trips and soak up the sun on the famous Pacific Coast Highway to classic beach cities such as San Clemente, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. Dining and activities are plenty in Orange County!
Those interested in shopping will find all their needs fulfilled at Orange County's famous malls in Mission Viejo, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, as well as the giant outlet center in Carlsbad further to the south.
Aliso Viejo is halfway between Los Angeles (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, downtown LA, Malibu, Santa Monica) and San Diego (Gaslamp District, La Jolla, the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Lego Land, Temecula Wine Country) - all within an hour drive. And beyond that lies Mexico for an exciting, international day trip. A day trip is also possible to Big Bear mountain to the north, or to the beautiful deserts of Anza Borrego State Park or Joshua Tree National Park.
From Newport Beach, day trips (or overnight) may also be taken by boat to Catalina Island, for exciting night life, casinos and enjoying the pristine California nature and ocean.
