you for sure.  Siesta Beach is rated in the top ten beaches in the  
world. 
 
Brightly furnished and newly painted has all the amenities  
of home this condo provides comfort,relaxation, and convenience for  
up to 6 people. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed (w/high quality pillow top mat) with a  
generous closet and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Restaurants and  
shopping facilities are within a 1/2 block walking distance,  
including the short drive to Siesta Village with its many open air  
restaurants and beach boutiques.

NOTE:  Florida tax is 11% on rentals. 
 
Weekly and monthly rates shown. Two week minimum.  Shorter stays  
available based on availability.  HOLIDAY RATES-Please add 10% to  
rates for Easter weeks (including the week before and after), 4th  
of July week and Thanksgiving week.  Security Deposit $300 (Can be a  
credit card preauthorization.) Guests under 23 must be accompanied by  
a parent or guardian.  All units are NON SMOKING. If unit is smoked  
in you will be responsible for any damages including the loss of  
future rentals.  Condos include 1 parking space. No motorcycles,  
trailers, or work trucks allowed.  Reservations with pets please  
inquire.  (Note: option available for minimum SIX month term lease  
only) We book stays from Saturday to Saturday, but other days may be  
possible. Prices subject to change without notice. Advance bookings  
may require a longer stay than minimum listed.  Small dogs considered  
on a two month minimum.
