Relax at our newly renovated single-family home located in the much sought after community of Caine Woods. Convenient location is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, movies, and attractions in both North Ocean City and Fenwick Island.
Our home is a 3 bedroom contemporary with two full baths. Dining and living rooms have cathedral ceilings. A spacious upstairs master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player. The master bath has double vanities, a soaking tub, and separate shower. One bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bed with TV, and the third bedroom includes a double bed, a twin-sized bed, and TV.
A queen sized pull-out sofa is also located downstairs.
No pets-no smoking. Saturday to Saturday. Check-in 4PM; check-out 10AM.
Minimum Age: At least one person occupying the property during the entire stay must be at least 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required. No senior week rentals.
$300 security deposit required when booking which will be processed within 14 days of checkout and returned to the renter less any costs for repairs. Full payment is due 10 days prior to stay.
Rates do not include 10.5% tax or refundable security deposit.

Our house is very well-appointed with granite countertops, ceramic tile, and a large private deck with Hot Tub and grill. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Central Air, microwave, dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A portacrib and booster seat are included if needed.
Garage for storage only.
Plenty of free parking is available.

Activities and attractions abound nearby. For the water lover, there are clean wide beaches, boating, fishing, crabbing, jet skis, and water slides.
Golfers will have their choice of many recognized courses.
A city park with tennis courts and a playground is within walking distance.
A short drive can take you to the famous Ocean City boardwalk, amusement parks, and to see the wild ponies of Assateague.
Outlet shopping in Rehoboth is always tax-free.
