Bedrooms – three bedrooms are located on the main floor – each one featuring Antiquerra custom stone flooring and complimentary wall finishes in neutral tones. Two of the main floor bedrooms feature twin-sized beds while the third "bunk room" has two sets of contemporary-styled bunk beds.  Vaulted wood beam ceilings, skylights and track lighting are found throughout the lower floor bedrooms along with wainscoting and wood mouldings that accentuate the rooms. The bunkroom has a generously-sized closet with sliding mirrored wardrobe doors and custom-built organizers.  The upper floor bedroom is light and bright, featuring mahogany red oak flooring, a ceiling fan and recessed can lights.  A lovely queen-sized bed is the focal point of the upstairs bedroom and features fine luxury linens.

Bathrooms – The main floor bathroom features a Jack-and-Jill design to allow convenient access from both sides. This bathroom showcases beautiful imported tile work and state-of-the-art brushed nickel plumbing fixtures. A natural rainfall showerhead lends a luxurious spa feel, along with upscale wall finishes and beautiful lighting.  The Toto toilet and Zen-style Kohler sink provide modern convenience with a lavish feel.  The Balboa Bungalow’s unique floor plan also incorporates a third sink, plus mirror and storage cabinet in one of the lower-floor bedrooms to provide additional vanity space.  A full bathroom is also located upstairs. It features a dual-flush Toto toilet and a re-finished vintage soaking tub accented with a brushed stainless wall mount/hand-held shower extension and custom imported tile.  

Gourmet Kitchen – Situated upstairs, the full-size kitchen boasts beautiful and durable Cesarstone counters and a custom tile backsplash. Top-of–the-line cabinetry fitted with specialty knobs and drawer pulls features an antiqued finish that perfectly complements the dark mahogany wood floor.  Modern stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and recessed overhead lighting complete the space and provide a luxurious area for preparing meals.  Elegant dishes, flatware and serving pieces are also included. The adjacent dining area has a contemporary 4-seat dining table and flows directly into the living/family room for entertaining convenience.

Upstairs Living/Family Room - Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, this warm and comfortable space is surrounded by dentil-style crown mouldings, enhanced baseboards and a built-in book shelf.  A large Flat Screen TV and comfortable sectional pull-out sofa provide a perfect spot for relaxing.  Recessed can lights add a warm glow, as do the two-tone paint finishes and custom wrought-iron railing that flanks the stairs. Sliding doors open onto a large balcony that welcomes the ocean breezes and provides outdoor seating as well as a barbecue area.

Main Floor Living Room – Upon entering the charming Balboa Bungalow, guests are greeted with a light and bright living area complete with custom-tiled fireplace, built-in bookshelves and a Flat Screen TV.  The vaulted ceiling with wood beadboard trim conveys a craftsman-style feel, as do the custom lighting fixtures and wall finishes.  The Antiquerra stone floor keeps the cottage cool and provides the ideal beach house flooring choice. 

Computer Nook & Sitting Area – Also located on the lower level is a convenient computer workstation, just off the Living Room.  Complimentary wireless internet access allows guests to attend to work, or surf the net during their stay.  This area can also provide a quiet respite for reading, video gaming or any other leisure activity. 

Laundry Room - Featuring brand new HE washer and dryer, this area is on the main level and provides ample space for attending to laundry needs.   A handy Kohler sink is in the laundry area as well. 

Front Courtyard Area – Just outside the front door is a lovely tiled courtyard which provides additional space for outdoor enjoyment.   A large storage closet is located in the breezeway, perfect for accommodating beach chairs and accessories.  The sideyard also features an outdoor shower with warm water for post-beach rinse offs.

Single Car Garage - No worries about where to park the car – an enclosed single-car garage provides parking for one car while a second car may be parked in front of the garage.
