The layout: Main level has King Size bed in master suite with attached bathroom; across the house is another King Size bed with open bathroom.  Covered patio with table and seating.

Downstairs: 3 bedrooms total: 2 with Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a set of twin bunks. Another Covered patio and concrete patio you can walk out to and grill.  Lots of living area with another Queen bed in sofa. Wet bar and 1/2 sized fridge.

Tons of seating, Creeks and Hiking Trails, Pool, Close walk to lake and a public boat launch. Two screened in decks, 4000 sq ft clubhouse across the street with a lakeview and a pool table.
