The over-sized living & dining area has plenty of sitting area and a large dining area with an open full sized kitchen.  Absolutely no steps and plenty of parking located at the door of the unit.

This condo is in a lake front condo community with a covered boat slip assigned to each unit, so bring your boat or rent one at the marina that is located less than a mile from your front door.  This community provides lake front access so you can swim or fish from the dock or lake bank.  There is also a covered pavilion with a stone fireplace, charcoal grill and picnic tables for your enjoyment.  If you enjoy tennis, bring your rackets and play on the private condo courts.  All you need to bring to enjoy this unit is your toothbrush!  It has all the conveniences of home with 2 sets of linens for each bedroom, all kitchen utensils including pots & pans, a keurig coffee brewing system, a conventional coffee system, a computer for your convenience or bring your own & you will be provided the secured access code, there is a deck with an electric grill and seating so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and lake and mountain views! 

Enjoy lakeside fine dining or the sports bar with inside & outside dining and also a tiki bar with nightly activities less than 1 mile away; go by boat or car.  The 6 Cinema Theater & Fun World with a huge inside arcade including rock climbing, miniature golf, batting cage, go carts, etc. is also within 1 mile.  Boating, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, fishing or just cruising and enjoying the beautiful lake and mountain scenery is right outside your door. A number of restaurants and a variety of shopping are located only 5 minutes away, which includes: fine dining, country cooking, Asian, Italian, Mexican & pizza buffet. There is also a free county beach and play ground, GA Mountain Fair Grounds and let’s not forget to mention two 18 hole golf courses within 4 miles. Rates are based on number of nights, season of the year, and days of the week.  There is also a 12% tax that will be added to the base rate and a $60 cleaning fee. Call for additional information and special rates for only 2 people and also for a 1 night stay.
